CountyBurnBan does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising, user accounts, saved locations, ZIP searches, or address searches.
What happens on the public Texas pages
Searching and filtering happen on the page. CountyBurnBan does not save your search or send it to the official source. The public Texas pages do not ask for a ZIP code or address.
Hosting providers may keep standard security and request logs. CountyBurnBan does not show those logs on public pages or use them for advertising.
Email contact
Correction and accessibility links open your email application. CountyBurnBan does not send anything until you choose to send the message. Your message and normal email details are handled by your email provider and ours.

Contact links open your email application. CountyBurnBan adds no hosted form, account, analytics, tracking, or automatic submission. Sending a message shares its contents and ordinary email details with the mailbox and email providers. You choose what to include. Do not send emergencies, passwords, or sensitive personal information by email.
Report outdated information or request accessibility help
Email us if a burn-ban status looks outdated or incorrect, or if you need help using this website. Tell us which county or page you were viewing and what seems wrong.

CountyBurnBan is not an emergency service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services. For legal permission to burn, check the official county or local authority. CountyBurnBan can review source and update issues, but it does not issue burn-ban orders.
